This website (the “Site”) is operated by Don Martin on to raise funds for the Light of the World Chapel and Academy in Liberia.   We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website or in the app.

  1. What Information Do We Collect and What Do We Do With It?

We may collect your name and email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.  Your information will be used by us to communicate with you and improve your experience on the Site.  We may use cookies to assist with facilitating your use of the website and to improve the website.  Web page access may be recorded in a log file. The contents of the log file may be analyzed to determine, among other things, how many visitors access the website, what web pages are viewed and the quantity of views, the date and time a visitor accesses the website, domain, internet address and  browser information, search terms and the geographical area of where the website is viewed.

  1. Disclosure.

We will not give or sell your information to third parties for the purpose of marketing other goods and or services to you.  We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.  Donations are collected through the National Christian Foundation and personal information which they may collect is subject to their privacy policy.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. Some providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.  As an example, if you are located in, Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.  Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.
